Once your return is accepted, we will guide you through the return process. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted. For any return inquiries, please contact us at info@energylounger.com.

Restocking Fees

  • 15% restocking fee for all opened products.
  • 5% restocking fee for all unopened products.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, with the item in its original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@energylounger.com.
